Important Update: Emergency Services for Animal Health Centre Clients
We understand how important it is to know your pets can receive care when they need it most. That’s why we want to keep you informed about some temporary adjustments to our emergency services.
Starting immediately, our team will be on call for in-clinic emergencies on Wednesday nights only. In addition, beginning in December, we will also provide in-clinic emergency services on December 19th-21st.
Please note that during the Holidays, our on-call schedule will shift, as we will not be on call on Wednesday, December 24th or Wednesday December 31st. Instead, our team will provide on-call coverage on Monday, December 22nd and Monday, December 29th.
Outside of these times, our trusted partners at VetTriage are available to offer expert advice and support to help you manage your pet’s needs at home whenever possible.
We know this change may be frustrating or inconvenient, and we want you to know that we truly share in that frustration. Unfortunately, like many veterinary clinics, we are facing the challenges of an ongoing veterinarian shortage. These adjustments are necessary to ensure our team can continue to provide safe, high-quality care to all our patients.
