Digital Radiology
Radiology, also referred to as the study of X-rays, is often used alone or in conjunction with ultrasonography. Radiographs can provide information on position and size of internal structures. It can also show the presence of fluid or some types of stones.
Animal Health Centre is proud to be able to offer our patients Digital Radiography. Digital X-rays provide superior image quality than the old standard films. A high quality image will give your veterinarian a clearer view of your pets internal organs, which enables them to pick up smaller changes in your pets health earlier and can therefore make a diagnosis and treatment plan sooner. The sooner any abnormality is found and treated the better the outcome.
