Marilyn "Fanny" Monroe


​Hi!  I'm Marilyn "Fanny" Monroe, Fanny Mae to my friends...  I live here, at the Animal Health Centre - do I have it made or what?! Free run of the clinic, and three vets at my beck and call - sweet!

So, the short story of how I came to rule the clinic is that I was born outside and was caught by one of the cat rescue groups in town. They brought me to the clinic for a check up, and the ladies just went wild over me! (Well, how could they not?  Have you seen this face?!)
When I'm not prowling around the clinic, eating treats, attacking bags of kitty litter (I LOVE kitty litter!!) or flicking my humans pens on the floor, I can generally be found sleeping in my bed on the reception desk.  I also enjoy sitting in front of the main door, soaking up the sun.​

I am VERY curious.  My humans always say that, one of these days, someone is going to go home with 2 cats in their carrier instead of just the one they came in with.  I always manage to have my paws into something, so, if I'm annoying you, upsetting your cat, or helping your dog to stretch your arm a couple of inches, just let one of my minions, er, I mean, humans know, and they'll whisk me away to my climbing post, where I can't get into trouble...until someone leaves the door open......
